- My Vehicle’s warranty has already expired can I still purchase coverage?
Answer: Unfortunately you can not purchase coverage once your original factory warranty has expired. There are still several options available to you but you should contact us for that information.
- When does this warranty begin?
Answer: This warranty begins the moment your vehicle’s original warranty expires or when your vehicle reaches the maximum covered miles. For a new vehicle that is 50,000 miles and for a certified pre-owned vehicle that is 100,000 miles.
- Does this warranty void my current warranty?
Answer: Absolutely not! Our Extended Limited Warranties work in harmony with your original factory warranty.

Answer: We cover towing expenses.
- Do I still have to do routine maintenance?
Answer: Yes, you will still need to take care of routine maintenance for your vehicle. Failing to do so could void your warranty. We have a brand new pre-paid maintenance plan if you are interested in making your routine checkups more convenient.
- What if my vehicle is damaged in a fire, flood, hurricane, tornado, force of nature?
Answer: Unfortunately we don’t cover Environmental Accidents; those would probably be handled by your insurance.
- What if I take my vehicle to a non-licensed non-Mercedes-Benz repair facility and they repair my vehicle poorly?
Answer: Repairs need to be made by a qualified Mercedes-Benz repair technician which you can find at any Mercedes-Benz dealership.
- Are Tires, Batteries, paint, and Glass covered?
Answer: Those items are not covered.

Answer: Absolutely, We consider this plan “No risk” which means that you have the option to cancel your coverage at any time and receive money back. If you have used the extended warranty you will need to speak with your dealer for information about refund policy.
- Is this policy transferable?
Answer: The policy always stays with the vehicle it was purchased for, if you sell the vehicle you have the option of transferring the warranty to the subsequent owner however you cannot switch the car that is covered.
- If I’m the second owner of the Extended Limited Warranty can I ask for a cancelation?
Answer: You will not receive a refund for cancelation if you are not the original purchaser of the warranty.
