Unfortunately you can not purchase coverage once your original factory warranty has expired. There are still several options available to you but you should contact us for that information.

This warranty begins the moment your vehicle’s original warranty expires or when your vehicle reaches the maximum covered miles. For a new vehicle that is 50,000 miles and for a certified pre-owned vehicle that is 100,000 miles.

Absolutely not! Our Extended Limited Warranties work in harmony with your original factory warranty.

No, there is no deductible. If a repair is under warranty it will cost you nothing.

We cover towing expenses.

Yes, you will still need to take care of routine maintenance for your vehicle. Failing to do so could void your warranty. We have a brand new pre-paid maintenance plan if you are interested in making your routine checkups more convenient.

Unfortunately we don’t cover Environmental Accidents; those would probably be handled by your insurance.

Repairs need to be made by a qualified Mercedes-Benz repair technician which you can find at any Mercedes-Benz dealership.

Those items are not covered.

Absolutely, We consider this plan “No risk” which means that you have the option to cancel your coverage at any time and receive money back. If you have used the extended warranty you will need to speak with your dealer for information about refund policy.

The policy always stays with the vehicle it was purchased for, if you sell the vehicle you have the option of transferring the warranty to the subsequent owner however you cannot switch the car that is covered.

You will not receive a refund for cancelation if you are not the original purchaser of the warranty.
